Basic Mat Class

This class is more of the all in one method of baking! Suitable for all levels of experience. This class works at the classical level of the exercise and works on progressing towards the more advanced exercises using building blocks of the more challenging exercises. You focus on your own progression at a steady pace as you work on strengthening and deepening the connection to your powerhouse. Props like soft balls, bands and power circles are used to deepen your connection and challenge you. The video clips show the same two exercises so that you can see the difference between the fundamental and basic mat classes - hundred and roll up.
